麻辣風沙午餐肉 Spicy Luncheon Meat
午餐肉和雞肉沾滿麻辣的料頭精華,微辣滋味,是最佳佐酒小食。
分量:4人份 需時:30分鐘
材料:
午餐肉1罐
雞柳肉粒2両
乾辣椒20隻
葱10條
紅辣椒適量
炸花生適量
生粉少許
西芹 半條
芹菜 少許
黃椒 1/4個
油 適量
調味料:
麻辣油 1湯匙
蒜頭8至10瓣
芝麻適量
豉油 少許
Ingredients:
Luncheon meat 1 can
Chicken fillet dices 2 tael
Dried chilli 20 pieces
Spring onion 10 pieces
Red chillisome
Fried peanuts some
Cornstarcha little
Celery a little
Chinese celery a little
Yellow pepper1/4
Oil some
Seasonings:
Spicy oil1 tbsp
Garlic8-10 cloves
Seasame a little
Soy saucea little
做法:
1.蒜頭切粒,炸至金黃色盛起備用。
Dice the garlic. Fry the garlic until golden brown. Set aside.
2.紅辣椒切粒。
Dice the red pepper.
3.芹菜和西芹切成小段。
Section all the celery.
4.葱切段,黃椒切小塊。
Section the spring onion. Cut yellow pepper into small pieces.
5.起油鑊,爆香用豉油和生粉醃過的雞柳肉備用。
Marinate the chicken fillet dices with soy sauce and cornstarch. Fry the chicken fillet dices until fragrant.
6.午餐肉切粒,加生粉拌勻後煎香。
Dice the luncheon meat, then mix it with cornstarch and fry until fragrant.
7.另起油鑊,下芹菜、西芹、黃椒、辣椒乾、麻辣油和紅辣椒炒勻。
Heat oil in another wok, toss in celery, yellow pepper, dried chilli, spicy oil and red chilli.
8.下午餐肉、炸蒜蓉、雞肉及花生,上碟灑芝麻即成。
Add luncheon meat dices, fried garlic, chicken fillet dices and peanuts, dish up, sprinkle with seasame.
