海鮮意大利冷麵 Cold Sea Food Pasta
將意粉煮至剛熟,拌入清新酸香的醬汁,夏天吃最消暑。
分量:2人份 需時:20分鐘
材料:
意大利麵
芝士
蝦 5隻
牛油果 1/4個
紅燈籠椒 1/4個
蒜頭 3瓣
檸檬 半個
橄欖油 適量
豉油 1茶匙
白酒 1湯匙
麵豉 1茶匙
Ingredients:
Pasta
Cheese
Shrimps 5 pieces
Avocado 1/4 piece
Red bell pepper 1/5 piece
Garlic 3 cloves
Lemon 1/2 piece
Olive oil a little
Soy sauce 1 tsp
White wine 1 tbsp
Miso 1 tsp
做法:
1. 煮滾水後下少許橄欖油及鹽,加意粉烚至煙韌有嚼勁。
Boil water, add a little olive oil and salt, cook the pasta until it is al dente.
2. 下鹽及檸檬汁醃蝦15分鐘。
Marinate the shrimps with salt and lemon juice.
3. 紅燈籠椒切粒,蒜頭切片。
Dice red bell pepper. Slice garlic.
4. 將白酒及麵豉拌勻,拌入豉油成醬汁。
To make sauce, mix the white wine and miso, then mix in soy sauce.
5. 牛油果切粒。
Dice the avocado.
6. 將烚好意粉浸冰水,瀝乾備用。
Soak the cooked pasta in ice water for a while, then drain well.
7. 橄欖油起鑊,爆香蒜片,加蝦炒熟,注入醬汁煮滾,放紅燈籠椒粒拌勻,待涼備用。
Heat olive oil in a pan, saute the garlic slices until fragrant, fry the shrimps until done, pour in the sauce and bring to a boil, mix in the red bell pepper dices, let cool.
8. 意粉加少許豉油及檸檬汁拌勻,加牛油果及芝士撈勻,加蝦和醬汁即成。
Mix the pasta with soy sauce and lemon juice, then mix in avocado and cheese, add shrimps and sauce.
