即食麵炒飯 Fried Instant Rice with Cup Noodles
即食麵杯加上即食飯炒成一盤,馬上變成充滿日本風味的特色美食,大人小孩都愛吃。
分量:2人份 需時:20分鐘
材料:
杯麵 1個
即食飯 1個
雞蛋 1至2隻
紫菜絲 少許
Ingredients:
Cup noodles 1
Instant rice 1 pack
Egg 1-2 pieces
Roasted laver shreds a little
做法:
1. 將杯麵放入密實袋壓碎,放回杯中。
Crack the cup noodles in a zipper bag, then put it back in the cup.
2. 加熱水蓋過麵碎,焗至軟身。
Fill the cup with hot water just enough to cover the noodles, steep the noodles until soft.
3. 即食飯加雞蛋拌勻。
Mix the instant rice with eggs.
4. 起油鑊,炒飯至粒粒分明。
Heat oil in a wok, fry the rice thoroughly.
5. 加麵碎炒至乾身。
Add noodles and fry until it becomes dry.
6. 以紫菜絲裝飾即成。
Garnish with roasted laver shreds.
小貼士:將麵餅放進密實袋內更容易將其壓碎。
Tips:Put the instant noodles in a zipper big for cracking.
