痛風發作3大安全食材 食炒飯要小心
痛風發作要戒口的食物很多,營養師李婉萍在其Facebook專頁發文指,有3類食材適合痛風患者在發作時期進食,不過要特別小心澱粉質食物,例如炒飯:

營養師李婉萍推介2款適合痛風發作患者的餐單,是適合外食族發及在家煮食人士的一日三餐餐單,早餐、午餐及晚餐例子如下:
痛風發作病不欲生 紓緩痛風4大方法
營養師李婉萍在其Facebook專頁發文指,痛風患者發作起來痛不欲生時,可用以下4個方法舒緩:
- 冰敷:適用輕症時,可用毛巾包著冰塊敷在患處。
- 多喝水:一天最少要喝8大杯水,幫助尿酸排出體外
- 減少活動量:多休息能幫助緩解急性疼痛期。
