苹果玫瑰果冻 Apple Rose Jelly
苹果爽脆多汁,是老少咸宜的健康水果,花点心思将苹果炮制成玫瑰花果冻,好看又好吃。
分量:1个需时:15分钟
材料:
苹果 半个
糖
柠檬汁
水
苹果汁
热水
鱼胶片
粉红食用色素 1滴
Ingredients:
Apple 1/2
Sugar
Lemon juice
Water
Apple juice
Hot water
Gelatin
Pink food colouring 1 drop
做法:
1. 苹果切片。
Slice the apple.
2. 将苹果片放入碗中,加糖、柠檬汁和水。
Put the apple slices in a bowl with sugar, lemon juice and water.
3. 放入微波炉以中火加热4分钟,保留
Microwave the apple slices over medium heat for 4 minutes, keep
4. 苹果片吸乾水分,重叠排成直綫。
Pat the apple slices dry, overlap one another.
5. 卷成玫瑰花状。
Roll into rose shape.
6. 将鱼胶片浸冻水10分钟后榨乾取出,放入热水内搅融,注入苹果汁和粉红食用色素。
Leave the gelatine in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes, squeeze the excess water from gelatine, add it into hot water, pour in apple juice, add food coloring.
7. 将苹果玫瑰反转放入小碗中,加果冻浆。
Rotate the apple rose and put in a small bowl, add in gelatine liquid.
8. 放入雪柜冷藏至凝固。
Refrigerate the jelly until set.
小贴士:把苹果切薄片会较易卷起。
Tips:The thinner apple slices you have cut are easier to roll.
