識煮食譜|萬聖節木乃伊腸仔卷 楊洛婷教用最平食材DIY

開萬聖節派對,當然要準備萬聖節小食至夠氣氛。楊洛婷(Rabeea)今個星期教大家炮製萬聖節小食,今日先學煮簡單易整又好味的「木乃伊腸仔卷」,小朋友一定喜歡。周日(10月30日)隨《星島日報》附送的食譜書《楊洛婷 親子DIY 節日美食2》,有齊Rabeea示範的5款萬聖節美食。

木乃伊腸仔卷   Mummy Sausage
以自製酥皮捲着腸仔焗至香脆,加上眼球糖作裝飾,造成木乃伊形狀,有趣又好吃。

需時:80分鐘   分量:4人份

材料:
麵粉

 2杯

  1茶匙
雪凍牛油

半條
冰水

半杯
腸仔
