洋薏米牛尾湯伴響鈴
Pearl Barleys, Oxtail Soup with Crispy Soybean Rolls
想要罐頭牛尾湯的口感富層次,不妨加薏米、紅黃椒和芹菜,吃時再伴響鈴。
分量:1人份需時:25分鐘
材料:
牛尾湯 1罐
洋薏米 1両
紅黃椒 各1隻
芹菜 1條
響鈴 6條
水 半碗
Ingredients:
OXtail soup 1 can
Pearl barley 1 tael
Red and yellow pepper 1 piece each
Celery 1 stalk
Crispy soybean rolls 6 pieces
Water 1/2 bowl
做法:
1. 洋薏米洗淨略浸。
Rinse the pearl barley and soak for a while.
2. 加半茶匙糖蒸至軟身備用。
Steam the Pearl barley with ½ tsp sugar until soft. Set aside.
3. 黃、紅椒、芹菜切粒。
Dice the red and yellow pepper, celery.
4. 鍋內注入半碗水,加洋薏米。
Add half bowl of water, pearl barley into a pot.
5. 加牛尾湯,用糖鹽調味煮滾。
Add oxtail soup, season with sugar and salt, bring to a boil.
6. 起油鑊爆香黃紅椒、芹菜。
Heat oil in a wok, fry the red and yellow pepper until fragrant.
7. 加入牛尾湯中。
Add the pepper to the oxtail soup.
8. 上碟伴響鈴即成。
Serve the soup with crispy soybean rolls.
小貼士:洋薏米浸過夜更易蒸至軟身。
Tips:Soak the pearl barley overnight before steaming, as it is easier to steam until soft.
