即食面炒饭 Fried Instant Rice with Cup Noodles
即食面杯加上即食饭炒成一盘,马上变成充满日本风味的特色美食,大人小孩都爱吃。
分量:2人份 需时:20分钟
材料:
杯面 1个
即食饭 1个
鸡蛋 1至2只
紫菜丝 少许
Ingredients:
Cup noodles 1
Instant rice 1 pack
Egg 1-2 pieces
Roasted laver shreds a little
做法:
1. 将杯面放入密实袋压碎,放回杯中。
Crack the cup noodles in a zipper bag, then put it back in the cup.
2. 加热水盖过面碎,焗至软身。
Fill the cup with hot water just enough to cover the noodles, steep the noodles until soft.
3. 即食饭加鸡蛋拌匀。
Mix the instant rice with eggs.
4. 起油镬,炒饭至粒粒分明。
Heat oil in a wok, fry the rice thoroughly.
5. 加面碎炒至乾身。
Add noodles and fry until it becomes dry.
6. 以紫菜丝装饰即成。
Garnish with roasted laver shreds.
小贴士:将面饼放进密实袋内更容易将其压碎。
Tips:Put the instant noodles in a zipper big for cracking.
