机电署呼吁停用15款有起火风险滚筒式乾衣机

机电工程署呼吁市民立即停用「Ariston」牌及「Indesit」牌15个型号的滚筒式乾衣机，制造商发现该批型号的乾衣机的加热部件有机会因接触到过量衣物纤维而构成起火风险。
该15款滚筒式乾衣机于2004年4月起发售，型号如下：

市民如已购买上述型号的滚筒式乾衣机，可致电供应商美奇（香港）有限公司（美奇公司）热线3750 9199，以确认所购买的乾衣机型号是否受影响并安排维修。
