消委会｜无含丙烯酰胺及除害剂 一款咖啡胶囊获5星好评

消费者委员会测试市面上49款不同种类的咖啡产品，当中 47 款样本检出基因致癌物丙烯酰胺的含量可相差近14倍，并以即溶咖啡粉的含量较高。在样本中，其中一款咖啡胶囊没有检出丙烯酰胺或除害剂，在总评更获得5粒星。

测试结果显示，49款咖啡产品中，只有2款样本没有检出丙烯酰胺，包括「The Coffee Academics」（TCA House Blend Specialty Coffee Capsules-medium roast）和「OPAL Coffee」（Toraja Drip Coffee 苏门答腊滴滤咖啡）。另外，在49款咖啡产品样本中，只有3款没有检出除害剂，包括「UCC」（GOLD SPECIAL-RichBlend）、「The Coffee Academics」（TCA House Blend Specialty Coffee Capsules-medium roast）和「M&SFood」（Italian Style Instant Coffee-Dark Roast 4-freezedried）。

在咖啡豆总评方面，「UCC GOLD SPECIAL - Rich Blend」获得5粒星，而「Pacific Coffee Espresso Blend - Our Signature Coffee」、「Tesco Espresso Coffee Beans 特浓咖啡豆」及「Resiprocate KODIAK Organic Whole Bean Coffee - dark (very rich, full bodied and subtly spiced)」亦获得4.5粒星。

在咖啡胶囊总评方面，「The Coffee Academics TCA House Blend Specialty Coffee Capsules - medium roast」获得5粒星，而「Cellini No.10 Espresso Intenso Coffee Capsule」、「Arissto Luna Ground Coffee Capsules」、「Nescafé Dolce Gusto Espresso Intenso Coffee Capsules (义大利特浓咖啡胶囊)」、「Nespresso Master Origins India Coffee Capsules」及「Starbucks Espresso Roast Coffee Capsules (特浓烘焙咖啡咖啡粉囊)」亦获得4.5粒星。

在咖啡粉总评方面，「Lavazza ESPRESSO ITALIANO CLASSICO 100% Arabica  (Intensity 5/10)」、「Robert Timms Italian Espresso Style - extra dark roasted blend ground coffee」及「Topvalu TV BP Regular Coffee Kilimanjaro Blend」同获5粒星。在即溶咖啡粉总评方面，「M&S Food Italian Style Instant Coffee - Dark Roast 4 - freeze dried」及「AGF MAXIM - freeze dried coffee」同获5粒星。
