油麻地一名男子约凌晨5时报案，指昨晚深夜11时许在上海街380至390A号对开，疑遭一辆的士撞倒并被拖行数米，涉事的士及后不顾而去。男事主手脚擦伤，自行报警求助，但拒绝送院治理，警员正调查意外经过，正追查涉事的士下落。
