开万圣节派对,当然要准备万圣节小食至够气氛。杨洛婷(Rabeea)今个星期教大家炮制万圣节小食,今日先学煮简单易整又好味的「木乃伊肠仔卷」,小朋友一定喜欢。周日(10月30日)随《星岛日报》附送的食谱书《杨洛婷 亲子DIY 节日美食2》,有齐Rabeea示范的5款万圣节美食。

木乃伊肠仔卷   Mummy Sausage
以自制酥皮卷着肠仔焗至香脆,加上眼球糖作装饰,造成木乃伊形状,有趣又好吃。

需时:80分钟   分量:4人份

材料:
面粉

 2杯

  1茶匙
雪冻牛油

半条
冰水
