椰菜花扬州炒饭
Yangzhou Style Stir-fried Cauliflower
用椰菜花代替米饭是近年新兴的生酮饮食方法,加入葱花及虾仁,吃起来像扬州炒饭般美味。
分量:2人份 需时:20分钟
材料:
椰菜花 1个
虾 5只
鸡蛋 2只
盐 少许
胡椒粉 少许
葱花 少许
Ingredients:
Cauliflower 1 piece
Prawns 5 pieces
Eggs 2 pieces
Salt a little
White pepper powder a little
Chopped spring onion a little
做法:
1. 用少许盐及胡椒粉将虾略腌15分钟,将椰菜花刨成米粒状。
Marinate the prawns with a little salt and white pepper powder for 15 minutes. Grate the cauliflower.
2. 鸡蛋打成蛋浆,与椰菜花碎拌匀。
Beat the eggs, then mix well with the grated cauliflower.
3. 椰菜花加少许盐调味。
Season the cauliflower with a little salt.
4. 起油镬,爆香虾至七成熟,取出备用。
Heat oil in a pan, saute the prawns until 70% done, set aside.
5. 加椰菜花炒至乾身。
Add grated cauliflower and saute it until dry.
6. 将虾回镬,加葱花炒匀,闻到葱香熄火,上碟即成。
Return the prawns to the pan. Add the chopped spring onion and fry until fragrant, off heat and dish up.
小贴士:椰菜花是适合生酮饮食的食材。
