秋冬时分有不少菇菌当造,用来烹调菜式,健康有益。周日(11月20日)随《星岛日报》附送的食谱书《Jerry.C 谢利 时令养生馔》,旅游达人Jerry教大家烹调5款养生家常菜,食材简单及烹法容易,好像今日示范的「日式香菇焖饭」,惹味可口。

天气转凉,简便省时的香菇焖饭,热腾腾很暖胃。

材料:

日本冬菇  10粒

日本甘荀  半条

虾米  50克

白饭  1碗

油  适量

葱花  适量

蜂蜜  2汤匙

清水  半碗

Mirin  1 tbsp

Oyster sauce  1 tbsp

Honey  2 tbsp
