34岁陈婉衡(Alycia)拥36E的傲人上围,获封为「TVB咪神」,她不吝啬美好身材,不时在社交网大派福利。2019年陈婉衡考获健身教练牌后,兼职做健身教练,至今身材依然fit爆。近日陈婉衡在小红书分享简单三个动作操「马甲线」,她更指坚持两星期就看到成果。

陈婉衡日前在小红书以「5分钟练出『马甲线』」为题贴片,留言谓:「简单三个动作,每日只需5分钟,就可以练成马甲线,我们从今天开始!」并hashtag表明「练出腹肌马甲线」,影片见陈婉衡穿上贴身bra top及leggings,fit爆零赘肉的身材,非常之吸睛,她说:「其实马甲线唔难锻鍊,而且唔需要任何器材,唔需要去到健身房,简单喺屋企唔需要任何仪器都可以练成马甲线。」

第一个动作
陈婉衡介绍第一个动作时,她指要分开左右两边去做,首先做左边,把左脚擘开,上身就转去右边,「要留意转嘅时候,用旁边腹部嘅力,来带动呢一个动作,呢边做15下,做完之后就会做右边,同样都是右脚踏开,然后上身转去左手边转,做15下,左右两边同样做15下,咁样为之一set。」
第二个动作
第二个动作都是左右分开两边做,先做右手边,右手举起左脚向外伸,之后将整个人乌前卷起,「留意卷嘅时候,手踭同膝盖唔系要掂到,反而系要过咗,成个人转,呢个动作都系做15下,做完一边再做第二边,每边做15下为之一组。」
第三个动作
最后一个动作就要将双手摆在头背,同样是左右分开两边边做,陈婉衡提议先做左脚,「将左脚嘅膝盖侧边弯去掂到手踭,做嘅时候用侧腰去转,做15下,做完一边再做第二边,每边做完15下之后,就完成一set,呢三个动作每样做一set,跟住repeat三次,咁就完成啦!」网民在帖上留言大赞陈婉衡身材fit,「腹部好平又有马甲线是我的梦想」、「梦想+1000」,有网民问到陈婉衡做多久练到马甲线?陈婉衡回覆表示:「努力撑两星期,就可以看到成果,当然配合饮食会更有效,真的很有效。」
