于1972年创立的星晨旅游宣布，将启动自动清盘程序。
根据星晨旅游的官网表示，公司董事已通过决议，将根据香港公司（清盘及杂项条文）条例，启动自动清盘程序，并将于2月16日下午3时30分于湾仔轩尼诗道15号温莎公爵社会服务大楼1楼，召开首次债权人会议。
