【572期 趣味食譜】清補涼節瓜瘦肉湯

清補涼清熱補濕,清甜好喝,是適合全家飲用的春夏湯水。

































材料Ingredients
清補涼 1包Ching Po Leung 1 pack
節瓜 2個Hairy gourd 2 pieces
瘦肉 400克Lean pork 400g
陳皮 1塊Tangerine peel 1 piece
水 2公升Water 2 litres
鹽 適量Salt some

 


做法 Method


Step 1:清補涼浸水三十分鐘,瀝乾備用。Soak the Ching Po Leung in water for 30 minutes, drain well and set aside.


Step 2:陳皮浸水至軟,刮去果瓤。Soak the tangerine peel in water until soft, then scrape off the pith.


Step 3:節瓜洗淨及去皮。Rinse and peel the hairy gourd.


Step 4:將節瓜切件。Cut the hairy gourd into pieces.


Step 5:瘦肉洗淨及切件。Rinse the pork loin and cut into pieces.


Step 6:瘦肉汆水。Blanch the pork loin in boiling water.


Step 7:鍋內加入所有材料,以慢火煲三小時。Add all the ingredients into a pot and boil for 3 hours over low heat.


Step 8:熄火,下鹽調味。Turn off the heat and season with salt.

清補涼可在藥材鋪購買。Buy the Ching Po Leung from the Chinese herbal shop.
